INAU-FOOD is a company dedicated to the development and marketing of alternative proteins produced mainly from hydrogen and CO2.
INAU-FOOD uses laboratories specialized in the technology of fermentation of microorganisms called hydrogenotrophs which consume gases from the atmosphere such as carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N) and hydrogen (H2) that we can obtain locally through electrolysis from renewable energies. These microorganisms grown in vats of water and minerals use the different molecules to produce our proteins called FOODEINE, a proprietary trademark registered with the INPI.
FOODEINE requires little water and land, and the cultivation time is only a few days.
